Why is there a Research & Hiring Fee?
Lavish Life Travel Agency requires a nonrefundable Research & Hiring Fee to protect the time and effort invested in research, supplier negotiation, and client services. All fees are final and non-refundable, regardless of booking decisions. If you decide at any point to book elsewhere, stop the planning process, or cancel your booking, all research fees will be retained.
What will my travel inquiry include?

- Ongoing support throughout the planning process and while you’re at your destination.
- You can expect to receive all travel proposals via email within 3 to 5 business days from the date of your request.
When requesting a quote, please ensure that you have the deposit ready, as the quotations provided are valid for seven days, including weekends. If the proposal expires beyond this timeframe, a Research Reactivation Fee will be necessary to restart the booking process and obtain updated information on flight and hotel availability, as well as pricing.
Research fees are eligible for one destination. To modify your destination there is a $15 additional fee.
If you choose to purchase an Insurance/protect package. This fee is non-refundable and cannot be reimbursed under any circumstances.
